DASB BudgetBudget Deliberations Proceeding to the DASB SenateThis is a message to all those who submitted DASB Budget Requests for the 2010‑2011 fiscal year. The DASB Budget and Finance Committee has completed its deliberations and their recommendations are posted online below and on the DASB bulletin board located downstairs in the Campus Center across from the EOPS offices. Please check this document for the status of your requests. The recommended budget will be distributed to the DASB Senate and presented as an information item at their meeting on Wednesday, February 10, 2010. The DASB Senate will begin deliberations and is scheduled to have the first vote at its Wednesday, February 17, 2010 meeting. All who have submitted requests will have an opportunity to speak on their funding requests at the February 17th meeting (NOT the February 10th meeting). Each program area, not individual person, will be allowed three (3) minutes maximum to speak on their funding request. The DASB Budget and Finance Committee’s recommendation is not final and the amounts allocated could be increased or decreased by the DASB Senate, therefore it is recommended that you attend the DASB Senate Meeting on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 to speak on your request even if you are happy with their recommendation. The DASB Senate Meeting on February 17th will be at 3:30 pm in the Student Council Chambers on the lower level of the Hinson Campus Center.
