Important Dates and Deadlines NOTICE TO TRANSFER APPLICANTS TO CSU AND UC: The priority or initial application filing period for Fall 2010 for the California State University and University of California systems has passed. Some CSU campuses may still be accepting applications for Fall 2010 but the filing period is subject to close without notice. Visit the Application Filing Status Report page on CSUMentor for more information. All UC campuses are closed for Fall 2010 with the exception of UCLA's Nursing-Poslicensure, B.S. program (all other programs in the School of Nursing are closed), which will accept applications from junior and senior transfer and second baccalaureate applicants until January 31, 2010. The three segments of higher education in California are highlighted here, but coursework from De Anza College may be used to transfer to out-of-state institutions as well. Students are advised to contact the Admission Offices of each prospective transfer institution and work closely with their advising staff and a De Anza College counselor or academic advisor to better prepare for transfer.

Resources online and at De Anza College are designed to assist you in getting as accurate information as possible. This information changes frequently, however, and can impact your admission to the university. It is highly advised that you meet periodically with advisors at both De Anza College and at the prospective university to confirm your choice of classes and develop an educational plan.
